Choosing Zoom as your training session location will automatically create video sessions and  details are saved to your TrainWith LiveSessions. Providing your Trainee instant access to your Live Training Sessions from the TrainWith Android and iOS Apps.

Once your live video training sessions are created and scheduled for the day. Your trainees can see them in their app and join the live video  training sessions on scheduled time from the comfort of their home.

Prerequisite

1. At least free Zoom Account: with free Zoom account you will be able to create and schedule your live session for 40 mins only. 

2. Premium Zoom Account: with premium Zoom Account  there is no limit of Live Session duration.

Steps to Connect your TrainWith Account with Your Zoom Account

New Trainer:

1. Register yourself on https://www.trainwith.net/Register

2. Go Left panel  and click “Integrate Zoom”

3. On Right panel Click “Connect Zoom”

4. It will take you to login on your Zoom account. Login on Zoom site with your Zoom Credentials or Signup on Zoom if you are not already registered with zoom.

5. After login /signup on zoom you will be taken to authorize TrainWith with your Zoom Account.

6. Click on “Authorize”.

7. You will be redirected to the TrainWith Thank you page.

8. Your TrainWith integration with Zoom is done.

            Registered Trainer:

1. Login on https://www.trainwith.net/Login

2. Go Left panel  and click “Integrate Zoom”.

3. On Right panel Click “Connect Zoom”

4. It will take you to login on your Zoom account. Login on Zoom site with your Zoom Credentials or Signup on Zoom if you are not already registered with zoom.

5. After login /signup on zoom you will be taken to authorize TrainWith with your Zoom Account.

6. Click on “Authorize”.

7. You will be redirected to the TrainWith Thank you page.

8. Your TrainWith integration with Zoom is done.

Steps to deauthorize TrianWith from your Zoom Account

Method 1:

1. Login on https://www.trainwith.net/Login

2. Go Left panel and click “Integrate Zoom”.

3. On Right panel Click “Delete Zoom Integration”

4. It will delete your zoom authorization data from the TrainWith servers. Also delink TrainWith from your Zoom Account.

Method 2:

1. Login to your zoom account and navigate to zoom app marketplace

2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for TrainWith App.

3. Click the TrainWith App.

4. Click Uninstall.
